Cycling...

Many of our customers come for the superb cycling facilities that we have at River Valley as immediately alongside the Park is an off-road cycle trail.

From the park you can cycle alongside the River Winnick and Kings Wood all the way down to the beautiful beach at Pentewan. Mevagissey and Heligan Gardens can also be reached along the trail.

Don't worry if you don't have room to bring your on bicycle on your holiday with you as we have bikes for hire on site. Mountain bikes are available by the day or week.

Walking...

A very special walk takes you along leafy tracks from River Valley into the 140 acre Kingswood. Or you can stroll along the river bank and pick up the South Coast Footpath at Pentewan Beach. The famous Eden Project is almost on our doorstep and other charming places are Charlestown, Gorran Haven, Porthpean and Fowey.

Going Further Afield...

River Valley is beautifully situated for exploring other areas of Cornwall too, bringing within reach almost anywhere in this lovely County. Drive accross the North Coast - it's a stunning contrast to the South Coast, with rugged cliffs and crashing seas.
